Award December's Featured Thread(s)!

Left with the decision this month due to the fact Briar is very busy moving in real life, I asked several people their thoughts and indeed everyone has an idea of what a great featured thread is. I did notice, however, a trend in threading and wanted to feature a thread that was written by both people that have not yet received recognition and by those that perhaps are under the radar of others. I found two very special threads, and I liked each in their own way. These are all about character development. The first made me sigh in pleasure because I'm a romantic at heart and like a little blood with my kisses. The second was an incredible snowball fight and some realizations that a kelvic has to face when dealing with humans and not being human at all. Both are worth reading. The first will make you go hug Johanne because shes got the heart of a poet and the second will probably make you slug Sliver in the arm then ruffle her hair and beg her for a piggyback bear ride. "Thank you," and his voice was quivering. and Snow Day are this month's winner. Yes, I know its two threads and not just one. But you try and decide. It's not that easy. And maybe between the two of them they will be able to help us pick a winner for next month. Congrats ladies. Your both amazing in your own ways!
