And, I don't think I fit the descriptions for what you need, but I can do my best to help! I don't plan on leaving Zeltiva for a while, so I'm kind of buckled down here. She would never make a good look out either...she tends to do more good than anything and her guilt would drive her crazy. The life of a good citizen. *sighs*

Bob we still need to set up a thread together anyway. As far as helping your plot out Ricky is actually bound for Syliras the 82nd, so if things go well and you two seem good friends then he might feel inclined to help you out. Just keep in mind that Ricky's sense of morality might get in the way, so if this delivery is illicit or sketchy on his terms you'll find it quite a challenge in asking him.

Hey everyone. Pulren is on his own after a life of working with his Uncle, who recently passed. He is a Zeltivan son, full of grime and sea grit. His skills are not all that dazzling unless you happen to be drowning, heh. He will be searching out Ricky, most likely in the Festival, to start working toward becoming a Wave Guard. I can see it might be hard to get started, so I am open to anyone's openness. Pulren is a fairly good guy, though he can be impulsive and snarky. Looking forward to playing with you all this season.

Welcome mate! I'm pretty sure you'll fit in just fine, and even if your character may be upright and/or pretentious to a fault there's definitely a lot of future conflict he'll have to cope with. Maybe that'll bring a change of heart to Pulren.

Either way have fun in Zeltiva and by all means enjoy your time here, and I'll be sure to help get you settled in should you need any help or advice.

Ah well Ricky, it was supposed to be some NPC Bob will be toying around with during the season. Not really much use now since I will no longer be able to play. Sorry to Kalina, Shall, Carmony and Gale though. I promised you guys threads but I can't make good with it. I hope after reading my scrap there will be no hard feelings for it since it seems like I've come out of the blue from retirement and pushed myself into your plans. Best of luck to whatever plots you have for Spring though. Cheers.
