At long last! Monk Guidelines are up! All may rejoice (and flood my inbox with things I forgot to add)! Monks may begin your initiation threads/flashbacks as soon as you can.

Also please take a look at the Community Development thread and think about how you'd like to contribute to the growth of our baby city.

Liar - A couple more questions when you have time. Can we now RP our Initiations into Monkhood as per your guidelines? Meaning can I now continue my thread? And also, if we come up with NPCs that aren't our sponsors but are just background NPCs can we submit them to your new list? I was specifically thinking of an Archery Master.

Yes, you may continue with your initiation thread. Thanks for waiting so long. :)

But since it's so atypical that players can create master NPCs at all, I think I should keep it to sponsors. For now, you may learn archery from one-time NPCs--I know your character isn't into the politics of his order, but it couldn't hurt to spread out and make a few connections. ;) Who knows, eventually one of your fellow players may roll a monk interested specifically in archery and write a sponsor for you to use as an occasional teacher.

I believe you can feel free to post, but honestly I can't do much else while borrowing someone else computer. Still waiting on that cord, sadly.

Keep in mind that unless you have a weapon as your heirloom, you may not use it until you've received it IC via initiation thread. ;)
