Kavala I'm glad you mentioned giving Gianne a makeover, I was going to mention something along those lines too! I'd love to see you and Rhy try to stuff Gianne in a dress and pretty her up. Be like trying to stick a bear in a tutu you'll practically have to sedate her! Or tell her that Serrif would be impressed. Wink wink! Don't be a sourpuss Serrif, you love the attention.

I'm also interested in the other festivals and I need to sign up for the ship filled with dead. I'll do that when I get home. Also the fire on the sea of grass. That'll be a nice step toward getting her Caiyha's gnosis I think. I want something dramatic to happen that tilts those scales. Maybe risking her life for an animal and getting some burns.

Im interested in doing Beautyfest (oh the fun I shall have with you Gianne!), the plain fire and the dodgy medicine events. Maybe the ghost ship quest too, even though Rhy would be less then useless on that front. And why dont we try to do something before the Yukman attack to get Sanc ready? You know, a thread of madness and fortification with the army only days away. Mind you, this season is busy as it is. I'll let you guys mull that over and I'll do my posting and such when I get home from work.

Why am I on Mizahar while at work? Because I am the master of sneaky internet time. Cheers.

Oh, and I still owe Gianne a camping thread and Kavala a 'please give me a job' thread. Which I shall get to as fast as I can.

Hey everyone!

I hear that all of the Sanctuary members have dinner and gather in the large commons area every night. I think we should all do this so that we can all be aware of each other. It is a good time to bond and become a more tightly knit group. Also, Elem recently received a letter from his friend Nira'lia about the Syliran Contingent and a strange illness they are suffering. Of course, in an OOC fashion, this is clearly Wrenmae's presence. However, I thought this might be a good way to include all of the members in devising possible solutions to their problem as well as get Elem on board with the concept of Chavi. The thread could be anywhere after the 35th or so, so let's do this! If you want to! And Kavala says it's ok!

Well I'm definitely up for a dinner in the commons thread. Not sure how much help Gianne would be though if she tries to help devise a solution for the Syliran trouble. She's definitely no healer. Her input would be to try and find the source and destroy it, whatever it is (Poor Wren!).

Okay guys!

It's time for a staff update! I'm cleaning out all the Staff that are currently inactive and I'm adding all the folks that have been hired (or are in the process of being hired). Ive requested my pay too so as soon as I get mine you'll get yours if your owed it for Summer. Just let me know what your scale was a day and I'll divvy it out in the salary thread.

Here's the format:

Biography: Kavala was born Kavala Denusk of the Denusk Pavilion, Sapphire Clan. Akela is her older sister, both of whom were born to the Ankal of his second wife, a Konti who came to the grasslands on her Call. Raised Drykas, both girls retain a great deal of their birth culture. Kavala rides and believes in the Drykas philosophy of horse training, preferring a noted lack of tack to heavy saddles and bridles and heavy cruel bits. She was born with a Rak'keli mark and later acquired a second making her a first rate healer, though not a priestess.

She traveled from Endrykas to Mura in the Spring of 507 and on her return trip in 509 was captured by slavers out on the grass. Confined, abused, and bound for Zith territory, Kavala was rescued by an Akalak raiding party who returned to Riverfall and saw too it that she survived her ordeal. Rather than simply set her free, Kavala fell into Nakivak status, which is a woman who owes a life debt to the Akalak people. She must act as a surrogate mother for one or more men until her Nakivak debt is paid off.

In the mean time she founded Sanctuary and has built up a thriving animal and kelvic healing facility as well have taken great pains to begin breeding horses for the Akalak people that she hopes will eventually become their own breed.

I need you to add in a Salary field too so I know how much you get paid and can take it out of my budget. I need to know your job titles too! So lets get going on this. If you don't know the job titles or the pay I can fill those out myself.
