Grace, that's mainly Kavala's baby; but the basics is that it is an induction ritual because the Cytali is just re-beginning/ressurrecting/et cetera.

Sorry for the late logging in. I expected having a laptop would make it easier for me to post, but it just became a constant reminder of Mizahar whenever I was busy at school

Let's get to the drawing board then, Caelum! I'm not sure what we could do and Kassem is much to underdeveloped to teach you anything. Would bonding over horse riding lessons be alright?

Holy Caiyha's teats we have a full house at Sanctuary!

I cling to awareness by a thread (no pun intended), so I may have missed some things, and some folks coming on. It is Vanator's goal to meet everyone who is working or staying at the Sanctuary for any length of time. Here is my understanding of what PCs are at Sanctuary this Spring (in no certain order), please sound out if I leave someone off, or include someone in error.

I feel your pain, Van. Just when I think I’ve got a handle on it…. But no, seriously. This is awesome. Y’all are awesome.

And you know what would be super helpful? If y’all could tell us what your job is. I know Kavala knows, but she isn’t always around for me to pester with the thousands of questions I inevitably have.

I’ll even start.

Caelum – He lives at the Sanctuary. He is one of the two Chief Healers, his focus on people versus Kavala’s focus on animals. He also is an expert at riding and competent in horsemanship and has some animal husbandry so you can find him spending his free time helping out in any number of ways. He is also the intelligencer and a recruiter for the Cytali, for those of you who are or will be involved in that; and he also owns and operates Alements in town.

Elise (NPC of mine) – Former slave who also lives at the Sanctuary. She is quiet, shy, and tends to be found following Caelum around everywhere or talking to Larik. Those are the two who essentially rescued her at the beginning of last winter. Her primary job is helping Caelum run Alements. Her secondary “job” is top secret and involves helping Caelum balance and maintain his gnosis mark from Nikali. Notably, only Kavala, Vanator, Larik, Cadra, and Elise know that he has ranuri.

Lillian (NPC of mine) – Four year old konti daughter of Caelum’s. She’s the natural daughter of Caelum’s former wife and her second husband. She died in childbirth and Lillian’s biological father died in the Djed Storm. Lillian arrived at the beginning of this season with Caelum, Kav, and Van when they returned from Endrykas on Spring 10.
