I know I am guilty of this, and if be very surprised to find out you weren't talking about me in part as you wrote this The difference is I write to write with people. Leaving those people hanging and pissing them off defeats the purpose the only time I don't hve fun writing is when I'm pestered, swamped wit school or sick. Not writing for any othe reason makes me feel bad and bottles up my creativity and makes me go a little crazy in my head. My posts may not be epic. My plots may not be super but I think and develop a lot more than I ever actually write down. Sittig down to post gets my brain juices going like nothing else.

Yes, but.. you are doing it because you enjoy it. You enjoy writing with other people. The point of my scrap was for people who force themselves to write when they don't want to, because they feel that they have to.

Startling Realization Oh.. my.. god. I.. am a romance writer. No really, I came to this realization in chat a few minutes ago. Maybe it is obvious to everyone else... But almost every single one of my characters is a love story. Sira - meets girl, falls in love with girl, gets pregnant and has baby with girl. Almost every single one of Sira's threads involve love. Massacre - everything he is derives from the story of how his lover, Arri, and eventually the rest of his tribe was killed by Akalaks. And now a budding romance is forming between him and a half-Zith. Pashake - Currently oblivious to it, his best friend and probably soulmate Kaleese is in love with him and he has no idea. Sashi - about to enter a alpha male/female relationship with Kaniel which will undoubtedly lead to love. Only my konti doesn't have a love story yet, but if I look back st past characters... Liam - meets girl, marries girl, starts farm with girl, has babies with girl, family is murdered, goes on vengeance spree, joins Ebonstryfe, meets another girl, girl is killed by Ebonstryfe, vengeance again, dies, lives on as ghost because he cannot let go of the injustices against past loves Leiwinn - strange pseudo-love relationship with "the Father," not her actual father, kills him, regrets and is messed up, budding relationship with bob barton that didn't go anywhere but might have if I didn't retire her Selphi - in love with her bond mate whose name I can no longer remember And if I go back before Miz... Ron (I played myself) - meets girl, falls in love, girl dies and rises as evil zombie thing, Ron struggles to look past evil zombieness and fails, eventually killing her So.. almost all my characters are love stories. This isn't a bad thing, I just never realized it before. It's always interesting to discover something about yourself. And.. that is the end of this scrap, because I am supposed to be making wristbands right now. The End

Hey guys. I'm gonna be moving this week, and while I've got internet already pre-set up I will be very busy. Also I am starting a new position at work which, initially anyway, will take up a lot of my free time. Most of my posting is done at work.. so, until that gets settled down and we are done moving, my posting will be slim. The Rising Dawn Okay, just to clear up any confusion. The anti-Rhysol faction that I created in Ravok is not named the Rising Sun. It's Rising Dawn. Second, you aren't allowed to use them in your threads without my permission. You can't meet a member, or be a member, without my permission. To become a member, you must be recruited by a member (pc or npc). There is currently only one PC member of the Rising Dawn, and that is Venidus Larkspur. Lazlo is able to do threads involving the Rising Dawn, but he can't make you a member without going through me. I will make an official lore page for the Rising Dawn soon, and then things will become more lenient, but right now it all has to go through me. They are very secretive, and your character only knows of their existence if Lazslo or myself, or perhaps another mod who wants to involve, brings them up in thread. Anyway, that is all for now. ~V
