If anyone has an interest in threading with a ghost, I'd be more than happy to oblige provided it is on the Sanctuary's grounds. I'm quite flexible content wise, and willing to work through ideas via pm if you are interested.

Though I've never met you, welcome back! I'd be interested in doing a thread with you. As long as you dont mind rampant mistrust. Being that Rhy is scared shitless of anything that can physically or mentally possess you.

That being said, what's your story about where Ragnor has been all this time?

Well before I disappeared, Ragnor's family had just arrived from Avanthal and to say the least, it was a quite emotional reunion. Afterwards, things were a bit stressed between them, so in the mean time he has been avoiding people to give them some time to adjust and him sometime to think on the future. So mainly for that lengthy spell of time he has been just focused on watching over the sanctuary, and thinking about what his family being back truly means.

Now after plenty of time to think his is starting to show himself more to the residents of the Sanctuary and his family, to see how his family and everyone else is doing.

Oh, cool, was that the quest that the hoard of Drykas went on? Oluse came back from Avanthal with them on that quest

I'm just letting folks know that Dust and Tia are going to be joining the staff in various roles. Tia is going to be a cook and part-time animal/handler groom and Dust will be working in the Mews with the NPC there.

Hi Sanctuary Folks!

Loken and Emery are going to join us as well. Emery will be a healer while Loken will be lurking around as a guard for all you lovely Konti ladies that have no fighting skills as is. Vanator will be invited to join Loken's interview thread if he wants to do a little sparring with the new guard himself.

The tally thus far is:

Loken - Guard
Emery Lowell - Healer
Dust - Mews Mistress
Tia’aria - Cook and All Around Helper

with:

Caweyre - Invited to Visit and stay as staff at a later date.

Please make these folks feel welcome and understand that they have been invited to use this thread and once they are either hired or accepted as guests they will be free to roam The Sanctuary as necessary with quite a few of them moving in.

Thankfully we now have the rooms to go around!

Okay, this is a business deal here.

I can't keep paying folks that aren't participating in staff adventures, utilizing citywide events, and not posting the entire season until they throw up a placeholder in the last few days of the season. It's not fair to the staff that do work hard and its not fair to Kavala who pays folks out of her own salary.

So I'm assuming Serrif and Rhy are gone since they haven't posted at all. I am thinking the same thing of Iris since no one has seen her. Elem is excused because he was quite vocal about his move and that he'd be gone for some time and hes now back with full force.

Gianne, you posted a bit but only in the first few days of the season and in the last few days of the season. That's three months basically of inactivity. And most of that was placeholders. So... I'm not sure what to do about that. I'd like to keep you on but in the last six months you just haven't been active at all and you haven't participated in any Sanctuary threads, and in fact have dropped most of those you originally joined without posting more than once.

Vanator has been here active, very involved, and been doing his job.. so basically hes the only one that's getting a salary this Season! I know this is tough love, but you guys need to step up if you are going to get paid. I am thankful to everyone who is involved and thankful that you guys want to come play with us. But you must be here and stick with it! I don't have to be involved in all your threads, but you need to be involved in threads of some sort and not absent. Van consider yourself paid. And I'm giving you a raise.

I think Sanc offers a better deal than a lot of places because you get room and board free along with your salary. But please let.me know if there is anything I can do to make things more interesting and engaging.

So I have some plans... and I'll outline the in the next few posts.

I'm perfectly agreeable to not getting paid. Elem has plenty of money. Like I had said, if we can get a thread going about renegotiation or whatever you want to call it, that works for me! I'll be here, just been having rough times ooc so it is hard to get inspired to write. Working on it! Love you Denusks!
