Caelum, I'd be more than happy to jump on the Tavern with you. Sybel has competent, near expert experience in negotiation, so in the sales department she'll shine. Likewise, I ever get her brewing up to snuff, we can provide the Tavern with plenty of Sanctuary beer.

Leadership is definitely the value attributed to owning a business in general, and to a position like bartending. I think were we to run this place, we'd all need a bit of it, so that is certainly something to work on. As for the monetary side of things, the Wedding is going to clean me out this season, otherwise I'd have the 900 mizas up front.

Tavern planning thread. It does no good to talk about stuff in the OOC if we don't do it IC. [The Sanctuary] Do We Expand Or Not This is a mandatory meeting of all the staff.. so I expect folks to be there. If you can't come... we can move the timestamp etc. We should start having at least one of these a season to get going on whats important. Some of you have been on staff and getting paid for ages but aren't participating at all in group threads. That needs to change.

Hell no hes hired as crowd control, medic, and bartender. The man is working the event, not going as a partier. He also negotiated a huge payment for it, but I got him to go shirtless in exchange. He did decline the body glitter, though I really really tried hard to get that into the clause. He can laugh home all the way to the bank.
