March's Featured Thread is Caribou!

Caribou Congratulations, Cian! As tradition dictates this month's Featured Thread was picked out by one of the previous winners. Here's Hadyn's review on her selection: The fact that this thread is a solo really appealed to me because I'm always interested in the stories people weave when they're writing alone. Cian's solo follows his character through a hunt and eventual take down of a caribou and it was both exhilarating and introspective. There's a certain difficulty playing a Kelvic but I think he really captured the thrill of the hunt and the animalistic pride of the kill as well as interesting interaction with another bear. His descriptions illustrated the scene beautifully and, as Noblesse pointed out, the thread was replete with colorful imagery highlighting all the bear's senses. An exceptionally intriguing and well written solo.
