I'll be shameless as well, but with a little added -

Some Overlored people of Wind Reach - I think a few of these have been noted before but never hurts again now that nominations are being looked at again:
Drusilla (120 I think!)
Brandon Blackwing (...I'm not even going to try and count He an an entire post dedicated to his many many lores lol)
Turrin (I think he's one shy of 250!)
Sira (So overdue it's not even funny. She's upwards of 400 at this point)
Zhol (currently a little over 180)

and finally the shameless. Me! at just above 170.
