Actually one nifty way to get those job threads up is incorporate your job in some way if possible, like Ricky is part of the Wave Guard so I actually do a job thread or two revelent to his job, but I also have his appearances relate to him on patrol or something since it's such a major importance in his life. 
It doesn't have to be during the job either, it can be before or after work is usually done. It's all a matter of preference really, but it can help increase the amount of job threads you do. Of course that's entirely up to you if you feel up to it of course! Just thought I'd lend a bit of insight there.

She's going to be a healer, I hope, and since she's blessed by Rik'keli, it shouldn't be hard to succeed... that and she's got like thirty-some points in medicine to boot. I'll be working on getting her healing skills up over the next few months, as well as her reimancy and "Heartstring Tugging" skills (which is by far the cutest skill she has x3).
