Sorry this is late Saraphina, based on reading the location over I'd say you can in fact buy horses from the stables. You'll want to resort to the Horse Breeds here if the price list doesn't have the price range for the horse breeds. Purchases should able to be self moderated as well if you feel comfortable with it, or you can have a Guest Storyteller help you out with the process. So long as you let a mod in a nearby domain know about the purchase too, I think that helps as well.

I hope that helps you out some, hopefully we won't be without an ST for too long. For now we'll just have to make do with the methods I mentioned.

As for I'saya I say I would love to thread with you! I've got plenty of free days left for Summer, so we should definitely plot something together.

Hey Zeltiva!

I'll be rather busy with work for the next few days, so no real activity is going to spark until Tuesday arrives for me. Bear with me until then please, and those who are waiting on replies from me will get those first thing when I'm able to manage it.

Now with that out of the way, I have to add that season change is upon us. This means you have to get your job threads done! Those who need or are waiting for job applications, I think you'll have to go to the Help Desk to be helped there. Lemme check with Gossamer first, and then I'll return on that subject as soon as I can.

Now for the new season in general, I would like to help everyone out with their plots, meaning any plans, goals, or ideas you've worked on for your character! While I'm no ST I can still help you all out to some degree, so don't be afraid to pm me if you need help or you see a new visitor to the domain, send them my way.

Hey fellow Zeltivians!

I have a question, and wasn't really sure where else to post it

What are the chances of my PC getting some sort of employment at the university? She completed an Anthropology degree a couple of years ago, but hasn't really done anything with it since.

The role of professor would be out of her skill range, but is there any lesser kind of jobs? Teachers assistant, maybe? The basic goal I was hoping to achieve is for Aya is to teach about the Myrian people, maybe even writing about them and just giving basic lessons.

Would appreciate any aid. Thanks guys!

Gods... Sorry I'm late on this reply for you Ayatah, I've been meaning to get on it STAT but between work and RL didn't have free time until today finally.

By the looks of it, after reading over the Student Handbook, there isn't any potential lesser jobs as of now. There could be were it something that could be looked into by an ST more, but from what I can assume there isn't really any other option than to try and meet the prerequisites to be a professor if you want to instruct a class on Myrians. Hope this was helpful!

Unfortunately there isn't a wiki for flora and fauna yet, this is something I've only recently started to look into myself. So if you happen to have any ideas for what you might want to add/contribute then pm me!

Thanks for the advice Ricky, and no need to apologise. We all got stuff goin' on! Bit of a shame about no alternative employment, though I have just read in the student handbook the sentence:

'...often one is encouraged to seek out employment as a minor staff member in the University'

So there might be a shed of light of hope! I'll turn to the request threads and see what advice I can attract there
