Nilen is known to be a warm and welcoming presence. As the head of the Akka she is well known within the city, and as a result is very transparent. It isn't uncommon to find her start up a conversation with any citizen, and especially children. This Saya has a particular fondness of the young ones of the city and is very trusted with them.
When she is not working, it's not uncommon to find this full grown adult tossing a ball or playing hide and seek in the park. This playful demeanor shows through all aspects of her life. Even with adults, Nilen is usually only found joking around or being silly, even in serious conversation. She is the one to lift spirits in almost any situation and often knows exactly how to do it without making it awkward. While seriousness is rare to come by, Nilen shows a great affinity for leadership. She makes those around her comfortable and as a result can direct progress very easily.
As the Saya of the Akka, Nilen plays an important role in both the cult of the Constellations and Lhavit's politics. One may think that the woman in charge of construction is not usually involved in the heavier politics of the city, but being one of Zintila's most trusted Priests, Nilen is often consulted by high authoritative figures. Alongside the other two Saya, Nilen is trusted to make decisions representing the Constellations and the whole of the Akka. She is one of Zintila's most devoted and therefore one of her trusted voices.
Being in charge of the city's layout also holds its own responsibility. Nilen is tasked with overseeing all plans and construction from the Reta, Cala, and Terl of the Akka. She has mastered the unique ability to build with skyglass and the intriguing architecture that covers the tops of as well as hangs off the side of the five Peaks.
Born and raised in Lhavit, some may say she hasn't had a terribly exciting life. Born the daughter of one of the Seiza's Cala, it was no surprise that she followed in her father's footsteps, joining the Constellations. But of course, she chose a different direction, using her analytical mind and artistic abilities to benefit the city as best she could.
When Nilen turned twenty, she married a young Shinya warrior by the name of Kisern. Still happily married, the couple had been through trials in their relationship, from miscarriages to the return of past lovers. However, because of the constant chaos that made up the governmental factions of Lhavit during their careers, the two stayed together. Becuase of this, many Lhavitians look up to Nilen during hard times.

Johelm
Name: Johelm
Race: Human
Birthdate: 451 AV
Birthplace: Lhavit
Occupation: Saya (Leader) of the Seiza and priest of Zintila
Gnosis: 3 marks of Zintila (Akarni level 3), 2 marks of Tyveth (Truthism level 2)
Skills: History - 50, Interrogation - 55, Law - 90, Leadership - 70, Politics - 80, Rhetoric - 60, Teaching - 35
Languages: Common (Fluent)
Johelm is the image of balance. Although by now the man can be considered old, Johelm has always been told he was an old soul in a young body. Unlike the other Saya, he can be mistaken for somber and sad, although the opposite is true. Johelm is one to bear difficulty with great ease and an excellent mediator.
Like the Seiza are meant to be, he seeks only the truth with the purpose of bettering his beloved city. And because of his famous impartiality, Johelm can be seen as an ally to some and an enemy to other. Although in his view, and that of the general Seiza members, Johelm is completely independent of good or evil, only seeking the truth, however bitter or sweet it may be. Unlike the other governmental factions, Johelm holds a strict importance on justice through truth, not perceived rights or wrongs. With this in mind, the man is a pacifist, which shows in the decisions made by him and the other members of the Seiza.
Johelm knows he is not the law-maker. Nor is he the one who enforces it. But as the decider of truth, he becomes the mediator between right and wrong. As a result, his work is usually final, and his advice is always listened to. Although he is utterly equal in power to the other Saya, Johelm is listened to by the leaders of all factions. Even the three towers will come to him for advice, even if they no longer play a part in the political arena.
Johelm is believed to mirror Zintila's view on most things and is respected because of it. His decisions reflect on most of Lhavit, as does his pacifist nature. Despite the recent upheaval of the city's politics, Johelm struggled to keep the judicial sect pure and fair, even if the rest of Lhavit was in chaos. For the most part, he has succeeded in that. However, he was recently unable to keep the Tenya with the same demeanor during Hayani's rule.
Johelm was born and raised in Lhavit, just like most of the city's citizens. As a young man, Johelm wished to be a merchant, hoping to lessen the isolation of the city. But as he proved to be a horrible navigator, and quickly realized the impossibility of the task, Johelm had to search for a different occupation. Out of curiosity, he took an interest in the Constellations, although he was not a very religious young man.
Once Johelm began to grow more and more interested in Zintila and her faith, he committed very quickly to the cult. Being so wise, he quickly rose in ranks with many of the Constellations listening to him. It was only natural that he followed the judiciary route and was not challenged when Zintila chose him to become Saya at the young age of twenty-six. Since than, like the other two Saya's, Johelm has held a very close relationship with Lhavit's patron Alvina.
Since Hayani's death, Johelm has worked very hard to restore the balance in Lhavit through his role within the city and has gained considerably more recognition from Zintila as a result. Many believe that the Goddess has approached him for championship, but in favor of balance, the wise man had turned down the opportunity. Although no one can confirm this rumor, many are willing to believe it.

Seanja
Name: Seanja
Race: Human
Birthdate: 467 AV
Birthplace: Lhavit
Occupation: Saya (Leader) of the Tenya and priestess of Zintila
Gnosis: 3 marks of Zintila (Akarni level 3), 1 mark of Leth (Telepathy level 1), 1 mark of Syna (Inavalti level 1)
Skills: Astrology - 90, Fortune Telling - 50, Glassworking - 40, Leadership - 80, Philosophy - 70, Storytelling - 60, Teaching - 30
****************************Languages: Common (Fluent)
Seanja is a rather mysterious character; despite her role in the Constellations demanding her to interact with the citizens of Lhavit regularly, she is somewhat aloof and distant. That being said, it is this aura of mystery and intrigue that attracts so many to her. While aloof, Seanja is far from shy or quiet; she enjoys serious and intellectual discussions with others, particularly on the subject of philosophy and religion.
She is always keeping a keen eye out for those who worship and serve Zintila faithfully; when she finds these people, she tends to offer them fortune telling readings with either the astrological oracle deck or lapis lazuli runic stones she carries with her everywhere.
Seanja tends to work more among the people of Lhavit; marked by both the sun Goddess and the moon God, she can be found wandering the city's peaks at any time of day. She is most often at one of the various temples scattered through the city.
Despite her role of spreading the word and religion of Zintila, Seanja is not a preacher. Rather, she allows those who are curious to come to her, and will happily talk of the Star Lady from there.
Seanja was born and raised in Lhavit; both of her parents, surprisingly enough, were Ethaefal. Her father was of Leth's domain, while her mother came from Syna's; as a result, she grew to know a great deal about both religions while growing up, and worshiped both deities regularly.
Gravitation towards Zintila and the Constellations was only natural; Seanja found herself among the Constellations quickly, and her quiet but strong desire to spread the faith of Zintila eventually found her in her current position.

Esther is a woman with dark skin, long, flowing, deep brown hair, and warm amber eyes. She dresses in elaborate and dramatic yet still somehow elegant and tasteful clothing, and favours bold statement pieces.
Beauty has long since fascinated Esther; her mother was a seamstress, and her father was an artist. Growing up, she admired art of all kinds, and admired anything pretty, be it painting, house, or dress. She admired Zintila from a young age as well, after seeing the Alvina at an event briefly and being quite literally starstruck by her sheer beauty and elegance.
With a natural and keen eye for beauty, Esther seems to know perfectly what goes with what, even if people have their doubts when they first hear her suggestions. Wanting to make the city more beautiful for everyone, including herself and Zintila, she joined the ranks of the Constellations at a fairly young age, advancing quickly to the Akka sect.
Esther is responsible for some of the more eccentric and daring yet still beautiful pieces of architecture found throughout the city. She isn't afraid to be bold and try new things, and more often than not, it pays off. She is precise and detail-oriented, and perhaps sometimes come off slightly snobbish, but she's truly a kind person who just wants to make everyone and everything around her better. She doesn't sugarcoat the truth when she finds something unattractive, but she also doesn't hold back when she does find something attractive, easily gushing praise.
She is, despite her somewhat blunt nature, still considerate of others, and is always mindful to criticize only what can be changed when it comes to people, such as clothing or make-up; you'll never hear her utter a single bad word about someone's actual physical appearance.
Danica
Name: Danica
Race: Mixed blood (Benshira/Eypharian)
Birthdate: 494 AV
Birthplace: Wadrass
Occupation: Reta (Member) of the Tenya
Gnosis: 3 marks of Zintila (Akarni level 3)
Skills: Auristics - 50, Investigation - 30, Leadership - 28, Musical Instrument (Flute) - 35, Negotiation - 65, Observation - 42, Persuasion - 55, Singing - 45, Socialization - 70, Songcraft - 32
Languages: Common (Fluent), Shiber

Danica is a short woman who tends towards the thicker side, with a round face, wavy brown hair usually tied up in a bun, fair, glowy skin, and bright amber eyes. Despite a somewhat plain appearance and her plain manner of dress, she is rather pretty. To anyone who doesn't know better, she appears to be just a regular human; however, her eyes and the faint, wonderful amber and spice smell that seems to cling to her tell a different story.
Danica was born to an Eypharian father and a Benshira mother in Wadrass. Her father didn't stick around for long, leaving when she was still a child, and her mother was left to raise her alone. Wanting a new and better life for Danica, her mother packed them up and sent them on a journey. Eventually, they landed in Lhavit.
Growing up, Danica knew she was different, even if she didn't particularly look it. She was hyper-aware of her Eypharian ancestry, and hated the associations it came with. To this day, she is still deeply uncomfortable with that part of her; so she dresses plainly, without make-up or jewelry, and keeps her hair in a messy bun in order to seem as plain as possible. It doesn't always work as well as she would like, but it helps somewhat.
However, eventually Danica found her calling in the Constellations. She learned to use her natural charm to her advantage; not via seduction, but in other ways, like persuasion and purely platonic but engaging socialization. She also learned she could use that to her advantage when it came to spreading Zintila's message. Somewhat due to her natural charms, Danica is a natural public speaker and does well with attention on her, despite hating attention when she is in one-on-one situations. She greatly enjoys spreading Zintila's message throughout Lhavit, and deeply believes in the Star Lady and her wisdom.
Despite her confidence in crowds, Danica is much shyer one-on-one, and she is rather timid and soft-spoken, though still friendly and enthusiastic. She has a deep love of music, and can gladly discuss the topic for hours.
